take it, we have no idea if your footage is up to our high standards. But
if it is, we're putting together more kick ass videos just like this one.
If you have hardcore amatuer footage of huge parties, footage of your girlfriend
getting naked, stunts gone wrong, or even stunts you pulled off that are worthy,
send it too us. If we use it, we will pay you at a rate of $100.00 a minute
used!!! Fill out the form, print it out and send it in to the address on the
form along with the tape. We'll take any format but we want the best quality
you can give us--like, send us the tape you shot it on, so we can check it
out. Leave it cued to the part you think we'll want. If you include the postage
and an address, we'll even try to send it back--how many people with an offer
like this will do that? This doesn't mean go out there and try to hurt yourselves
and film it just to get on our video, that is exactly what we DON'T want.
But if you have the footage already, send it our way. We have to get a signature
on the Talent Release Form authorizing us to use anybody's image in any footage
we get, so that means from you and whoever is in the video needs to sign off.
That also means they had to survive and still have the ability to write their
signature--you can't sign off if you're dead, braindead, in jail or in traction.
We won't even look at, and probably won't bother to even send back any tape
that doesn't come with the proper forms filled out and signed. Lets all come
together to show everyone what has really been going on in the streets, the
stuff the rest of the general population doesnt know about. If you are worthy
